What you will do
As an Operational Support Specialist (Electricity + Gas), you will act as the link between our clients and our internal product and technology teams, ensuring smooth platform adoption and stable day-to-day operations.
You will work on:
Client Activation & Functional Analysis
- Lead onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring correct adoption of the QUIXOTIC platform.
- Analyze client operational needs (especially in gas and electricity billing) and translate them into clear system configurations.
- Support clients during their initial usage phase, resolving questions and ensuring operational stability.
- Build strong relationships with client teams, acting as a functional reference throughout their lifecycle.
Operational Support & Issue Resolution
- Provide daily operational support to energy retailers in electricity and gas processes.
- Analyze incidents related to contracts, tariffs, ATR processes, billing, and regulatory data.
- Validate information across systems and detect inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with technical teams when issues need escalation.
International Client Support
- Manage onboarding and operational support in advanced English (mandatory).
- Participate in calls, documentation, and follow-ups with international clients.
- Support QUIXOTIC’s international growth.
About you
Required
- 2–5 years of experience in operational support within the energy sector.
- Proven experience working with ERPs and electricity & gas billing systems.
- Practical knowledge of energy retailer operations (contracting, ATR, billing, contract changes, etc.).
- Strong analytical ability to review data and resolve operational issues.
- Experience working with technological tools or SaaS platforms.
- Advanced English mandatory (daily work with international clients).
- Organized, solution-oriented, and customer-focused profile.
Nice to have
- Experience in EnergyTech or digital utility platforms.
- Basic technical knowledge (SQL, data validation, integration checks).
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Notion.
- Additional EU languages (Italian, French, German).
