DSO/DNO or GDN credential alerts

The platform connects to distributors several times a day to keep data up to date. When a credential expires or fails, the system generates an immediate alert.

Without this visibility, the usual outcome is discovering the problem days later: outdated data, rejected contracting processes, and switching delays that pile up.

The most common reason a switch gets rejected is a mismatched piece of data, such as the account holder's ID number. Catching it the same day is the difference between resolving it in hours and losing days of contracting activity.
