Teams

QUIXOTIC organises users into teams with hierarchies of unlimited depth. This lets you replicate any commercial structure within the platform.

Team types

→ Internal (back office, management, etc.)
→ Sales channel (manager, agent, etc.)
→ Customer

The combination of team type, hierarchy, and data scope enables setups like: a channel manager who sees all of their agents' opportunities, while each agent only sees their own. Or an internal sales director with full visibility across every channel.

For sales channels, the hierarchy is directly linked to commission calculations.
