Users & Permissions

QUIXOTIC lets you create custom permission profiles for each type of user in your organization. You decide which modules, data, and actions are available to each profile.

Data scope

Each profile has a configurable visibility level:
→ All: sees all organization data
→ Team: sees their team's data
→ Own: sees only their own data and that of their subordinates

Permissions by module

Each profile defines access to different areas of the platform: customers, opportunities, contracts, commissions, integrations such as Logalty and more. If a user doesn't need access to a module, they simply don't see it.

Teams

QUIXOTIC also organizes users into Teams with three types: internal (back office, management), sales channel (manager, agent), and customer. Each team supports hierarchies with unlimited levels of depth, letting you replicate any commercial structure within the platform. The combination of team, hierarchy, and data scope is what gives you granular control over who sees what. Read more about Teams →
