QUIXOTIC manages the full cycle of an energy sales opportunity, from offer configuration to supply contract generation and digital signature.

Offer configuration

From the Opportunity, a wizard opens to add, remove, or modify products and their conditions. Existing products can be cloned and their parameters edited on the fly. More on Product Configuration →

Opportunity statuses

Each opportunity moves through configurable statuses:
→ New
→ In progress
→ Locked
→ Pending validation

Users can move an opportunity between statuses freely as long as it's not pending validation. At that point, the configuration locks. To modify it again, it needs to be reopened.

Permissions by phase

Not all users can perform all actions. Who can win an opportunity, discard it, or reopen it depends on their permission profile. More on Users & Permissions →

Winning the opportunity

When an opportunity is won, the system generates the contract from the opportunity's data.

From there, you can:
→ Generate a PDF offer or contract
→ Send it for digital signature

Recovering an opportunity

A won opportunity can be recovered and reopened if the user has the right permissions. It returns to "in progress" status and can be reconfigured.
