Endesa has had a busy quarter. Just three weeks ago, they launched One Electric, the first all-inclusive electric leasing service on the market, and now they’re back (better late than never) with a rate very similar to their competitors.
After Iberdrola launched its five-year contracts with a fixed price (always +CPI) and Repsol introduced its 'flat rate' with no reviews for one year, Endesa is now rolling out its competitive offer with a 'single rate,' called... Única (yes, okay, the name isn't very creative, but it is what it is) – a flat rate with a fixed monthly fee, regardless of how much energy, electricity, and/or gas the customer consumes.
On one hand, there’s the usual message of emission-free natural gas and 100% renewable electricity; but at the same time, this rate is promoted as 'truly flat,' meaning no annual adjustments or penalties for increased consumption or commitment periods. This is something new.
Additionally, 'Única' will be highly customizable to fit the consumption habits of all types of customers.
Alongside this, and with the goal of protecting the planet, Endesa is introducing a series of efficiency and sustainability 'Challenges,' where customer participation can earn them an immediate discount on their next bill. We like this idea even more! For more information, you can follow them here.
